Exchanges and Refunds

Returns and Exchanges will be assessed on a case by case basis to ensure both parties’ legal responsibilities are fairly explored and taken into account.

Exchanges

Tickets for workshops are non-refundable, however if something comes up and you are unable to attend, the ticket can be transferred to another person with 72 hours notice. Less notice may result in any personalisation not being able to be altered.

Receipt must be provided for an exchange 

You will be required to pay for return postage if posted for return, and redelivery if a new item is required to be delivered to you

No exchanges can be made on:

Earrings, gift cards, used products, products without existing tags and packaging in place, sale items and refunds

We do not offer refunds unless an item is proven to be faulty or the product is not true to its description. 

If your item is deemed faulty, please contact us and send us a photo of the product within 5 days of receiving your order to info@happyhangsco.com for our assessment. 

If your product is proven to be faulty (we really hope this is never the case!), we will have you return the item to one of our stores or post the item back to us if you are not in Adelaide with your proof of purchase. If you are not based in Adelaide, postage will be paid by Happy Hangs Co

After you have returned the item with your proof of purchase, you have the choice of receiving a refund or exchanging the item to its equivalent value. 

Happy Hangs Co will not exchange or refund an item that has been damaged after purchase from misuse, accident or alteration.

Changes to Shipping and Returns Policy

Happy Hangs Co reserves the right to modify this policy at any given time. Any changes to our policy will be posted to this page only. We recommended that you check this page before each purchase you make.

Happy Hangs Co will display items in the clearest possible way and provide as much description to ensure that you have detailed information about the item you are purchasing.
